How are you, friends? I hope everyone is well. I am also fine. With your prayers and the grace of Allah, I have come today to participate in a recipe contest organized by @lirvic maam. Food is definitely essential for our body, but if those foods are palatable, we like to eat them a lot more. Today, I am going to present another food here, so let's start.

The Pitha festival continues in Bangladesh until winter Since autumn. As soon as the new rice is prepared, the preparation of this pitha begins and continues until winter. Starting with date juice and making new jaggery, this pitha is closely related to the new rice. Although these pitha are somewhat less popular among the people of the present urban areas, they are still quite popular in the rural areas. They should be eaten in winter. Also, while 150 types of pitha are known in Bangladesh, about 30 or 40 types of pitha are much more well-known and are usually made with new rice and jaggery along with this, coconut and several useful things are required and oil for frying. Also, we can make different types of pitha using vegetables and chicken , but today I will make it here. Which is made with Khejur jaggery Good, especially when we make Patisapata Pitha, we usually make Patisapata Pitha with sugar, but today I have made date molasses instead of sugar, which is the perfect Patisapata Pitha for winter, but let's show you how to prepare that pitha today.
