We’re usually used to have fast food as our breakfast meal. We can control a lot of non-communicable deceases by having a healthy meal. As we all know prevention is better than cure. But the problem is, those kinda healthy meals are not interesting at all and more time consuming to make. And we all love to have some kinda funky foods.

So, I thought to share an easy funky healthy recipe with you which can prepare easily for your breakfast. You won’t be bored at this recipe ever. It is super delicious. You can take this diet to lose your weight. Not only that, your kids also will love to have this healthy meal as their lovely breakfast.

Without further, let’s jump into the recipe.

Ingredients

◾Bananas🍌-03
◾Eggs🥚-02
◾Oats-4tbsp
◾Pinch of salt
◾Bee honey-4tsp

This recipe is special because it includes oats which is a species of cereal grain. Fibers which contains in oats will help to increase the functions of our digestive system. And it also may help in your body weight loosing process. Not only that as all we know banana is a factory of essential nutrients such as potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, etc. it will help in your heart health, digestion and weight loss. You could have your daily protein requirement by eggs because it is a good protein source. Aside from those, I used little bit of bee honey to decorate this dish instead of refined-sugar syrup. It will add more value to this healthy meal cause bee honey is mostly used in Asian countries as a medicine free of calories.

First of all, I peel bananas and divide them into two parts. 1 ½ bananas were chopped using a spoon. Other half cut into small slices and arranged on a pan. You can apply butter or any kind of cooking oil to the bottom of the pan. But, I didn’t apply oil to avoid unnecessary fat.

Then take another bowl and mix oats with two eggs. After that, add chopped bananas and a pinch of salt. After all, mix them well. You don’t need to add sugar cause bananas are adding a natural sweet flavor to it. Now your batter is ready.

Then, put your prepared pan on low flame heat and pour the batter and close the lid. Wait for 3-4 minutes and turn other side and cook well.

Smell is like yummmmy. Now it’s ready to serve. This is the part which I love most. You have to present this delicious healthy meal in an attractive way cause then your family members can’t reject or neglect it. No matter how healthy it is, it should look yummy. In order to do that I sliced it into pieces and stacked them. After all bee honey was poured on the top of it and placed some banana slices to enhance the look. Finally, here is a sugar free, high nutritious, healthy breakfast without any artificial ingredients.
