Hopefully everyone will be good. I was too sorry to absence for a while from this beloved cooking Iron Chef community. I was also missed to share my recipes and presentations over here due to busy life for taking care of my new born child. See you good again in Tuesday Theme which is on Red Meat ๐ Or Fish ๐ . Hopefully you will like my cooking skill and presentation.
I roasted the red meat like a normal spice and add capsicum to it and cook on low flame. The delicious red meat with capsicum is ready to eat and you can enjoy it with chapati or with rice.Gravy should be a must in food as it adds enhance the presentation to the food and makes the food more delicious.
Fish is a good winter food and is rich in vitamin E which is beneficial for everyone.In our Pakistan, during the winter season, fish is fried and eaten with pleasure in every home. Ginger garlic paste is made by mixing salt, pepper, lemon juice and besan and apply it on fish and leave it for two hours.The fish is deep fried in hot oil. And then it is eaten with yogurt and naan.
