Mutton Plao
In the joy of Eid-ul-Azha, we made Mutton Palo or other added some more dishes. Let's all had lunch together.We sacrificed a goat and we all love goat meat so we cooked mutton palo.
The cooking method is very simple, first we made mutton yakhni first. We added in chopped Onion, turmeric Powder, salt , garlic ginger Paste and water and steamed it for 45 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Afterwards , Brown the onion in a separate pot. After adding the spices of the plao then added the boiled mutton and fried it under moderate flame. Then add the mutton yakhni to it. When the mutton yakhni starts boiling, add the rice to it.When the rice water starts to dry, then cover it and keep it for five minutes.
Mutton Plao is ready to eat delicious and healthy for living healthier life.

Oh, I've seen mutton pulao before here on Steemit. It seems a delicious dish. I am a rice lover and we are also fond of goat meat in my country. So I think we would enjoy this a lot. Thanks for the nice pics, @uzma4882 :)
