1.Cut the chicken wings in half. Add green onions, ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon each of cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper salt powder.
2.Mix everything well and marinate for 20 minutes. Then, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 egg, and stir until evenly coated.
3.Heat oil in a pan, and fry the chicken wings until both sides are golden and fully cooked.
