Today I thought 💭 of posting on Bitter gourd because My mom makes bitter gourd for dinner 🍽️...
Bitter gourd aka (karela) in Urdu, is relished for it's benefits and dispised for it's bitter taste not many people like this veggie.

(Bitter gourd knowns as Bitter melon)is known for its great benefits:
*Good for maintaining blood sugar levels.
*Good for hairs.
*Healthy for your skin .
*Improve digestive.
*Liver damage and Kidney stone.
Bitter gourd is closely related to zucchini,Squash, pumpkin and cucumber.
It's easy to prepare.The sharp bitter taste can easily be off set by deep-frying or adding spices and ingredients.
Research suggests that bitter gourd contains compounds with cancer fighting properties .it's low in calories and high in fibers.
Here is my lunch plate 🍽️.
*1 chapati .
*Bitter gourd ( karela salan).
*Chana dal halwa.
Apple .🍎
salad.
