I am a housewife who works everyday taking care of children and our husband and family really like vegetables almost every day I choose vegetables as a daily menu which I consider to have content and a million benefits to meet the nutritional needs of our bodies apart from that I also use the yard of the house for planting toga and not letting the soil bare in our yard we fill all of them with vegetable seeds to beautify around the house.
Here I will show you when I grow vegetables in the yard.
All the plants look fertile while some of the plants that I planted are vegetables, sweet potato, kale, papaya, ginger and also some other plants such as mango and rambutan seeds. For now, I'm focusing on kale plants that are over a week old and these are ready for harvest. I'm distributing them also to The neighbors think of this as my donation to seek divine pleasure and my sustenance becomes a blessing because I think giving charity will not lead us to lack.
Every day I take care of the plants with love I water them in the morning and also in the afternoon I also give fertilizer water so that the vegetables become fertile when harvested, my tiredness pays off when I look at the plants that are very beautiful and fertile for now only kale which is ready to be harvested, while my sweet potato has only been planted in a few days, it doesn't look very fertile.
For sweet potatoes, they usually have a long harvest time, the limit is up to three or four months, for fruiting, but if used as a vegetable, the leaves will be thick in one to two months.
Today I picked a few bunches of kale for the kids to cook and my husband really likes kale when stir-fried that's why I chose to stir-fry kale vegetables for this afternoon's menu maybe I will share with you how the process when sauteing kale vegetables.

For stir fry ingredients I provide:
2 ripe tomatoes
5 red chilies
5 green chilies
3 red onions
1 garlic clove
kale to taste
salt to taste
oil for frying to taste

stir fry stage:
First of all I will chop all the ingredients such as shallots, garlic, red chilies, green chilies and also the tomatoes.
Then I will cut the kale and wash it with clean water.
Prepare a pan for frying and place it on the stove that is lit.
Add enough cooking oil to fry.
Next, add all the ingredients that have been chopped earlier, my friend, then stir-fry until fragrant.
After that enter the kale vegetables that have been in the porong, stir-fry until cooked and not raw anymore) tender, remove and serve while still hot.
Serve to our beloved family.
You need to know that by utilizing the yard with toga plants, at least the daily expenses for kitchen ingredients will be reduced so that our economy will be a little more efficient besides that the vegetables we grow ourselves will be more secure than buying in the market without any guarantee of pesticides or other chemicals.
