Sean todos bienvenidos a la quinta semana de la 10ma edición del Steemit Engagement Challenge. En esta oportunidad nuestra propuesta busca debatir sobre “La Paciencia”.

La Paciencia es un valor que todos debemos cultivar, es esencial para vivir en armonía tanto en el hogar, en el trabajo y con nuestras amistades, independientemente de la actividad que estemos desarrollando.

La paciencia contribuye a que tengamos éxito en nuestras actividades y proyectos, sobre todo cuando planificamos metas a mediano y largo plazo.

La paciencia es un valor que es necesario tener, sobre todo por el hecho de dominar nuestras reacciones ante situaciones estresantes.

¿Qué tienes que hacer?

Te proponemos que compartas abiertamente con nosotros:

¿Tiendes a perder la paciencia con facilidad o te controlas todo el tiempo?
¿Qué es lo que más te desespera o estresa?
¿Cómo haces para evitar perder la paciencia?
¿Cuándo pierdes la paciencia cómo actúas?
¿Qué nos puedes aconsejar con relación a la paciencia?

Sé creativo y participa de la manera en que te sientas más cómodo abordando el tema.

Reglas del Concurso

• Debes estar suscrito y publicar en la comunidad Scouts y sus amigos.
• El título debe ser: SEC-S10W5 | La Paciencia.
• Su publicación debe contener un mínimo de 300 palabras.
• Todos los idiomas son bienvenidos.
• Los participantes deben ser parte de alguno de los clubes #club5050 o #club75 o #club100.
• Utilizar las etiquetas #scoutsysusamigos-s10w5 #steemexclusive y la etiqueta de su país, en las 4 primeras etiquetas.
• Incluye al menos 3 imágenes o fotos propias o libres de derechos de autor, recuerda referir la fuente de cada una.
• No se permite el plagio, ni el uso de bots de votos o de IA.
• Comparte tu enlace de participación en la caja de comentarios de esta publicación.
• Comparte tu publicación en tu red social de preferencia.
• Invita a 3 amigos a participar en el concurso.
• Vota por esta publicación y dale Resteem para que más personas se enteren y se unan al concurso.
• Recomendamos usar la etiqueta #burnsteem25 si ha programado el 25% de sus recompensas a @null.

Reglas importantes del Desafío de participación de Steemit

• Cada usuario puede participar en un solo concurso del Challenge diariamente.

• Las publicaciones deben obtener al menos 10 votos positivos y 5 comentarios válidos de otros usuarios, los comentarios simples como: "Me gusta, que bonito", "Gracias por compartirlo", "Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con lo que has publicado, comparto tú opinión", etc. no son elegibles.

Premios

10 Steem en premios

Para el pago de los premios, los 3 primeros participantes que hayan sido seleccionados ganadores recibirán 5, 3 y 2 steem respectivamente.

Para seleccionar los ganadores de la semana se tomará en cuenta la creatividad y originalidad en su participación. Cada moderador hará una selección durante su turno y entre las publicaciones destacadas se elegirán las 3 de mayor interrelación durante la semana.

We propose you to share openly with us:

Do you tend to lose your patience easily or do you control yourself all the time?
What is it that makes you most desperate or stressful?
How do you avoid losing your patience?
When you lose patience, how do you act?
What advice can you give us regarding patience?

Be creative and participate in the way you feel most comfortable approaching the topic.

• The title must be: SEC-S10W5 | Patience.
• Your post must contain a minimum of 300 words.

Rewards and Prizes

• SC01 will be reviewing the 7 participating communities and voting on quality content (votes are not guaranteed).

• At the end of the week, the 3 most outstanding users who have successfully completed the challenge will be selected.

Prizes

10 Steem in prizes.
For the payment of the prizes, the first 3 participants who have been selected as winners will receive 5, 3 and 2 steem respectively.

To select the winners of the week, creativity and originality in their participation will be taken into account. Each moderator will make a selection during his turn and among the outstanding publications will be chosen the 3 with the most interrelation during the week.
