Tonight my family and I want to grill river prawns that we bought this afternoon at the Exxonmobil roadside frame which is now owned by the regional government (PEMA).
Suddenly I was interested in seeing the big river prawns, so I immediately bought them
Because it's rare to find shrimp from the river
We immediately took the kilo, after I paid, we went home and wanted to look for other kitchen ingredients. After we got what we were looking for, it was easier to get home.
When I got home the people in the house asked if I wanted to cook this gamani, I was confused and after a while I answered what if we grilled it.
"And you can answer straight away."
To grill, of course you need other ingredients, including tomatoes, soy sauce, lime, charcoal, wood, onions and cayenne pepper.
After you have finished buying everything you need to grill river prawns
We started burning.
Material:
Fresh shrimp
(skin left or peeled according to taste)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp melted margarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Steps:
1 . Cleaning Shrimp:
Wash the shrimp clean.
Remove dirt on its back by making a small incision in the back.
2 . Making Seasoning:
Mix garlic, sweet soy sauce, lime juice, melted margarine, salt and black pepper.
Coat the shrimp with the spices, let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
After we mixed all the seasoning ingredients, we prepared the maki and grilled the shrimp after we waited quite a long time
While waiting, I ate the pineapple that we had bought before
Karana Prut Sadah was starting to get hungry.
After waiting half an hour, our grilled shrimp were ready to eat.
With a distinctive aroma that makes you want to eat quickly even though it is still very hot
