Great post . I liked reading our post about diabetes and your personal experiences with this disease. Honestl speaking this is our family disease and we all get this disease at some stage in our life. Its very true that it does not depend on eating sweets , in fact it is genetic and stress is main factor in diabetes.If not controlled in proper was it can give raise to many complications.
