Hello, everyone. It' another blessed day to share a few things with you about certain animals/pets with you at the community @fur-friends. Today I will be talking about the suitability of a dog as an errand pet.

A dog is a special kind of animal kept as pet in homes. The population of people keeping pets are very numerous and people appreciate some features about this, pet because they are; loyal, lovable, good security pet and many more. I will talk more about the qualities of dogs as I progresses in this context.

I've been seeing it for many years even in movies as I was growing up. At that tender age, I thought it's magical but as time goes on I started understanding the reality behind such act. In reality, dogs are good pets suitable to be sent on errand. Sometimes ago, I read about a man in isolation due to corona virus who sent his dog on an errand with a tag to its neck advising the storekeeper to be very careful with the dog. Remember, dogs are loyal and lovable animals, sharing love around their owners.

Qualities of a dog

I will be sharing below some of the qualities of a dog that makes many pet lovers to adopt it.

Dogs are generally loyal, adorable and faithful to their owner.
Dogs are good security pets, as they protect their owner's property even in the absence of the owner.
Dogs are loyal companion.
They are Courageous and that makes them suitable for the purpose of security.
Dogs are affectionate and gentle.
They have the fierce nature when protecting their owner.
Dog can be patient and intelligent.

Things to consider before you can make your dog an errand pet

You must be communicating with your dogs regularly to build a great relationship with them.
Regularly take your dog pets for a walk.
Explore the aspect of companionship, taking your dog pet to most places you visit and places likely you would send it to someday.
Consider taking your dog to groomers for training, their expertise will improve the communication skill of your dog.
Spend enough time with your dog.

While many people keep dogs as companions, others consider using the pet for more than companionship purposes and extend it to making them more active and productive. You may consider converting your dog to a more useful pet.
