Hey, @Steemians today I m here with a new Blog in which I will share the recipe for Cardamom Syrup (Sharbat-e-Elaichi).
As you guys know it's hot these days. In this season, many refreshing beverages are used in large quantities. So, Cardamom Syrup is the best option this summer. As well as quenching the thirst, it also provides many health benefits.
Recipe
Magical Health Benefits of Cardamom
- It helps to improve the digestive system.
- The refreshing effect of cardamom helps to relieve acidity.
- It also helps in neutralizing bad bacterias in the mouth and provide a fresh breath.
- Cardamom can also improve blood circulation in the body and maintains blood pressure.
Procedure
- Take the green cardamom and grind them in the grinder.
- Now put the ground cardamoms in 600 ml water and put them on the stove for 20-25 minutes.
- After boiling, strain the material with a muslin cloth.
- Now, add sugar and citric acid and again put it on the stove for 2-3 minutes.
- After this mix green colour and sodium benzoate in some syrup and mix it in all syrup while stirring properly.
- At the end pour the syrup in already clean and dry bottles.
- Close the lid tightly.
