Mutton Karahi

So Let's Start:

First of all I show you a ingredients in which I used.

How to make it?

The first thing we have to do is wash the things thoroughly and then cut them into small pieces in a good way and also clean the meat thoroughly.

First step:

First we have to take a pot in which we have to put water, in the water we have to put meat and onion and garlic and at the same time we have to put turmeric, salt and red pepper in it. We have to boil it for about half an hour so that the meat melts well.

Similarly, I boiled it for 30 minutes and I am showing you the form after boiling.

Second Step:

First we have to take a frying pan which we have to light the stove and put it on top of it and we have to put oil in it. We can take oil from any company.

Let the oil heat for a while. When the oil is hot, add chopped tomatoes.

Cook these tomatoes until half of their water is dry. Then add green chili, ginger and garlic paste.

Third Step:

Shake it for a while and after shaking add yoghurt and hot spices and Karahi masala/spices and cook it well.

Forth Step:

Stir for 2 minutes. And when it is known that the spices have left the ghee, add to it the meat which we have boiled separately.

Fifth Step:

Put the separated meat in it and cook it well. Cook and stir it for about four to five minutes and then squeeze the juice of one lemon in it to make it delicious.

Shake for two to four minutes and turn off the stove. A delicious hot frying pan is ready in front of you. And for garnish at the end, put some green chilies and green coriander on top to make it look beautiful.
