Hey Everyone

My Steam Infinity Zone colleagues.
I hope everyone is well.

First of all
I am very grateful to the founder of Steam Infinity Zone.

@cryptokraze

That they started this great contest.
So that everyone can show their talent.

My Skills.

As I mentioned in my introductory post.
That,
I am a student of food processing and preservation technology.
So, I would like to share with you some information regarding food.

I will tell you.

How you can make grapefruit.

(Kish Mish) by drying grapes.

Lets Start.

As the grape season is approaching.
Grapes have also appeared in markets in some areas.
#Step1
Screenshot_20210507-061121_1.png

First you take a unripe good grapes as raw material.
You can take as much as you need.
That should be taken care of.
That,
They should not be over ripped or spoiled.

#Step2

Screenshot_20210507-061201_1.png

Then carefully separate them from the clusters.
They should be separated so gently.
That,
Water does not come out of them and their top layer is not damaged.

#Step3

Screenshot_20210507-061245_1.png

Then add water and wash them thoroughly.
Wash them together with your hands.
So that there is no dust or dirt on them.
You can also wash it with baking powder or baking soda.

#step4

After washing, add water according to its quantity.
And put it on the stove.
The fire should not be too fast or too low.
Place on medium heat.

#step5

Screenshot_20210507-061542_1.png

When it is on fire.
Stir it gently with a spoon.
So that they do not sit down.
If they sit down
So they can burn due to heat.
Stir until they absorb the water.
When water is absorbed in them, they will begin to bloom.
Maybe,
Some of them explode.
And the skin of some grapes gets a little damaged.
But don't worry.
This is not a sign of spillage.

#step6

Keep boiling them until bubbles form in them.
As you can see in this picture.
At the same time, their color will begin to change.
At the same time, they will start floating upwards.
When it starts to change color and starts bubbling, take it off.

#step7

And then filter it with the help of a sieve.
Drain all the water from it.
There is not even a drop of water left in it.

#step8
Screenshot_20210507-061900_1.png

Then save a clean cloth in a suitable place.
Or place in a large tray.
Where there is cloth, there should be no dirt etc.
Otherwise it can contaminate it.

#step9
Screenshot_20210507-061927_1.png

Screenshot_20210507-061914_1.png

Spread them evenly over the cloth.
Spread them out so they can be exposed to the open air and the sun.

Keep it in the sun for at least 24 hours.
That is, dry them in the sun for two days.

#step10

Screenshot_20210507-062025_1.png

So friends,
In this picture you can see.
After two days, our Kish Mish (Dried Grapes are ready.
It is absolutely pure.

#step11

So friends,
You can see how attractive it has become.
Now its shelf life has also increased.
Now you can keep it usable for a long time.
You can use it as a flavoring and garnish in various delicious dishes like custard, pudding, halwa etc.

You will definitely try it at home.
It's cheap and pure.
You will like.

I hope that this effort of mine will be useful for you.

Remember in your prayers.
