Today I'm sharing with you the recipe of Spicy Egg omelette.
First you have to make a simple omelette.
But,
In this blog i will tell you how to make Spicy Egg omelette.
So, let's Start..
ingredients 👉 Quantity
• Egg 👉👉 1 Egg.
• Red Chilli 👉 half tsp.
• White Salt 👉 half tsp.
• Water 👉 2 bottle cap or 1 tsp.
• Ghee or cooking oil 👉 2 to 3 tsp.
Procedure...
First of all take 1 or 2 tsp water in a pot.
Because the water is neutral solvent.
It solute everything.
We need to solute some.
Add half tsp red chilli in the water.
You can also add it about your choice.
Because,
Someone like low spicy and someone like high spicy.
It is everyone's own choice.
Add half tsp white salt.
You can also add with your choice.
As you like.
Take an egg.
Break the egg and put it into mixture.
Because,
To make spicy.
Mix it with the help ot mixer.
If mixer it not available you can use the spoon for mixing.
Mix for one or two minutes.
Make sure it is mixed properly.
On the gass.
Keep low heat.
If you do heat high.
Add the one to two tsp Ghee or cooking oil on the griddle.
Wait for the bubbles appearing.
Put the mixer on the griddle.
Spread the mixer on the griddle as like bread.
Wait for some time.
When it star's color changing.
Put the ghee on it with the help of frying spoon.
When it change it's color.
Change the side of omelette.
You can also cut it with the frying spoo.
When its start browning so take if off.
If you take it on a long time.
It will burnt.
Now it is ready to eat.
