My dear Steemit friends , i am fine Alhamdurillah , and i hope you will be fine .
First of all , i would like to thanks SIZ COMMUNITY and also also thanks for my sir @cryptocraze who told me and guide me about this.
Today , i am sharing the recipe of tasty , spicy biryani with all of you . i hope ,it's such a delicious biryani that everyone will appreciate it.whoever eats it will definetly like it .
so let's start guy'z !!!
first of all i would like to shear a final picture of it
Ingrediants & quantity:
- rice = 1 and half kg
- chicken = 1 kg
- onion = 8-9
- national biryani masala pack= 1 pack
- ginger garlic paste= 1 table spoon
- green chilli = 7-8
- red chilli powde = 3 table spoon
- salt = 2 table spoon or as needed
- tomato = 3-4
- zira = half table spoon
- tumeric powder = 1 quarter spoon
- crushed dried coriander = 1 quarter spoon
- yugart = 1 small bowl
- tamarind =half cup
- brown fried onion = 4-5 spoon
- yellow colour
- mint leaves = few
Recipe Method
fisrt step is to boil the rice .
now
take onion , tomato, green chilli, ginger garlic paste , tumeric powder, salt , red chilli powder, coriander powder, and and half glass water in a pressure cooker.
then pressure the cooker for 10 mintues over normal flame
after that open the cooker . if there is water in the curry ,dry the water on high heat .now put oil in that mixture and fry it well.
now add chiken in it and fry for 15 to 20 mintues. after that mix the biryani masala powder in the yugart and add it in
that mixture. now add tamarind and fry well . it will look like this
after that cover up the curry and turn down the flame .
now apply a layers of boiled rice and curry . one layer will be off rice and the other of curry .and keep in mind that last layer will be of rice .
for decoration , cut tomato, green chilli , and lemmon also in round shape .the brown fried onion , zira and mint leaves
keep it with you
now put this all things like tomato , green chilli etc on the top layer of rice .look like this
now cover it and put it on very low flame for only 6 to 7 mintues . after that a tasty & spicy biryani is ready to serve now dish out it .
