so, fisrt of all i would like to thank SIZ COMMUNITY and also specials thanks to my sir @cryptocraze for guides me about this .
Today guy's i am sharing the very easy recipe of chiken shuwarma that can be made very easily at home with no much cost
i hope you all will appreciate my effort as well as encourage me . So let's start guys !!!
fisrt of all i would like to shear the( step by step )picture of shuwarma .
ingridiants (as needed)
- Mayonnaise
- spicy
- cabbage
- shuwarma bread
- butter paper
- chiken (bone less)
Recipe of mayonnaise
ingrediants
- eggs / 2
2)garlic / 2-3 piece
3)sugar / 1 and half table spoon
4)salt / one third table spoon - vinegar /1 table spoon
- oil (cooking oil) / half kg
- black paper / half table spoon
fisrt of all put eggs, garlic , sugar , salt , vinegar , black paper (crushed) in the blander macine and bland it well.
now , add some oil and shaken the spoon in the jug
after adding half kg oil in the blendar , keeps on the blendar for more blanding for a while then turn it off
and take out the mayonnaise in the bowl.
Recipe of spicy
ingrediants
- red chilli flakes
- green chilli
- ginger garlic paste
- vineger
- water
- salt
- red chilli powder
- biryani masala powder
add all the things in the blendar and bland it well
it will be in the shape of paste
how to make shuwarma chiken ?
first of all take chiken boneless slice
now add some spicy on it and then mix it well .
now put this chiken in a pan and dry its water
now cut this chiken in very smal pieces . then add some spicy and mayonnaise on it
now cook this chiken on the top for almost 5 mintues
take out this in the bowl
Now the final step to role the shuwarma are :
now place the shuwarma bread on the top and put some oil (1 table spoon)
and fry to make light brown .
now add 1 table spoon of mayonnaise on it and some spicy on it as needed or as taste
now place the cabbage in a row on this bread and also add chiken pieces on it
take it in the hand and add some more mayonnaise like 1 or 2 table spoon
now role it in the butter paper
take it in the plate with tissue paper & ketchup
our delicious and spicy shuwarma is ready now to eat .
