Conflict means how to defuse the kind of disagreement between people and people have different opinions, different ideas and different ideologies. So, this is the meaning of the word conflict
Why do Conflict arise?
Conflicts about to happen. Whether you are at a work place or whether you are at home. And the reason is that people are different. People come from different backgrounds. People come from different ideologies. People have different perceptions in life and because of all of these things conflicts arise. When two people are working for the same goal in an organization, conflicts about to happen. And the reason is just that they come from different mind sets.
So, Let’s understand some reasons why conflicts arises:

There are multiple causes of conflicts here some of these are :
Needs:
People have different needs. They have been brought up in a different scenario because of which needs of people are different. This may be a cause of conflict.Values
Values of people are different. Again we are talking about people from different cultures having different values. Because of which conflict arise.Pressure:
People respond very differently to pressure. Some people really worried under pressure. And certain people are able to resolve things under pressure in very nice manners.Perception:
We will have different perceptions or rather I would say people have different evaluations. People perceive things in different manner. Because of which conflicts might ariseStyles and Policies:
People have different different ideas, different ideologies. And because of all of these reasons conflict might be arise.

Mapping the conflict:
While mapping the conflict, what you really seeing is that you are in a conflict situation. It’s important to define the issues the reason why conflict arises, we need to understand the issue. That why people are conflicting with each other. It’s important to identify the kind of people. The number of people involved in conflict. Now the question is that who being involved in conflict that a person might be present in that particular situation. Or he might be not in that particular situation. So, it’s important to identify who exactly involved in the conflict. List down the needs and concerns of each party. Well let’s understand that there are two kinds of people conflicting with each other. Everybody has different needs while conflicting and it’s important to understand that what is the need or what is the concern of each party. Well, it’s important in conflicting situation to be within the time frame with in the map area.

Having different opinions that it’s really bad thing. So let’s discuss that all conflicts are not bad. Conflict can also be good. Well, people really express them, share the different points of opinion and thoughts, feelings etc. Makes them express themselves more. It’s good knowledge or learning for other people. So, Not all conflicts is bad. Conflicts can also be good.
