hope you all are good so today I will cook rice because this is one of my favorite dishes in week two or three times in our home I cook pulao so let's start to cook pulao

Ingredients

• Oil 3 spoons
• Onion 2 large size
• Tomatoes 2 medium size
• Chicken if you want to add you can
• Green chili
• Red chili
• Garm masala
• Chicken cube
• Coriander
• Garlic paste
• Ginger paste
• Rice 1 kg

Method to cook

First of all take a cooking a cooking pan turn on the flame and put oil into it and add onion in it.

put a little water into it then add tomatoes, garlic paste chicken, red chili, green chili, gram masala, chicken cube then let the fry to all ingredient

• Fry them almost, 10 to 15 minutes and then add water into it in 1 kg rice i put,4 and a half glass

Then let the water boil. When water is boiled add coriander in it and a little garm masala my

• When water is boiled then add rice in the boiled water and wait until the water you added gets dry.

• Then take a cloth and wrap cloth on the lid and close the cooking pan with wrapped cloth lid and now keep this cooking pan under steam for,15 minutes
• Now check after 15 minutes that rice is cooked or not. pulao is ready to serve with salad and raita.

• so this was the pulao recipe I cook pulao by this method different people have a different style of cooking but this was my style I learned it from mom hope you will enjoy it
