Today I am going to cooking something unusual and different. Because there are few vegetables we don't like to eat, so it's better to convert them into tasty eatable form.
I am going to cook ridged potato kabab, must try it you will like it.
Ingredients
• Potato one
• Onion one
• Ridged gourd (tori) one
• Beef mince 100 gram
• Green chilies 2 or 3
• Chili flakes half teaspoon
• Salt 1/2 spoon
• Pomegranate dry seed 1/2 teaspoon
• Dry fenugreek leaves 1/2 spoon
• Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
• Coriander few leaves
How to cook
• First of all, cut the potato into large pieces and boil it without peeling off.
• Now I have grated the ridged gourd, potato, onion, and green chilies. Added all spices including boiled beef mince, chili flakes, salt, crushed pomegranate seeds, cumin, coriander, and dry fenugreek leaves. Mixed very well, if you feel it is very soft add one bread or one teaspoon of corn flour.
• Now make the equal size of kabab, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
• After this, I have fried it. For frying use bread crumbs and one beaten egg.
• First of all used to dip in egg and then bread crumbs, fried on a very slow flame in oil.
