Today i will share the recipe of split chickpeas, its full of protein, and taste good.

How to cook

  • Take a bowl soaked the split chickpeas so that I can soften enough for boiling.

  • Take a pan added chopped onion and oil in it. Waited till it turned golden.

  • Added chopped garlic in it, chopped tomatoes. Fry it for one to 2 minutes.
  • Now added all spices in it and fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Its time to add water, I added two cup of water, when it boiled put split chickpeas in it.

  • Lower the flame and cooked it until it completely soft.

  • Garnish with green chillies and parsely.
    Its tasty and easy to cook. If you are cooking in pressure cooker after whistle it will take 15 minutes.

Tip

  • Add required water once, because when you added cold water later it will harden the split chickpeas.
