Meat, Fish, Stock fish, Grayfish, Maggi, Perper, Onion, Salt, Oil, Perewinkle and Water.

I want to share with you this particular one that is called Editan soup.
Editan soup is one of the best local soup in my place and a lot of people love it so much,this leaf contain plenty chlorophyll, vitamin. It is bitter a litle some people cook it like that while some people will wash out the bitterness away with warm water.

First of all you have to select the editan leaf and wash it well to a avoid sand ,dry it ,then slice it.

Wash the waterleaf and slice it also.

Season your meat
Cook your stock fish,fish and grayfish
Wash your perewinkle and cut it then rinse it again, put it in the pot and cook together with other for 30 minutes so that the ingredients will comes out.

Then you put waterleaf and oil allow it to be there for 2minuites and put the Editan leaf now the soup is done.

Delicious Editan soup

You can eat it with garry, fufu,wheat, semoviter, plantain and cocoayam etc.

Nutrients contents of Editan

It contains magnesium,fibre,foliate, VitaminB2, vitamin c, iron etc.
