Introduction :

We all use windows operating system at daily basis to do our work. Windows 10 is the most commonly used os in our laptops and pc. Sometimes we want to shut down our window for after a specific time. And sometimes we download a large file and it shows some time to download and we need to go somewhere at that time. So in this situation we can set an auto shutdown of window. In this post i will show you all the procedure to schedule a auto shut down of windows 10 step by step.

How to schedule Auto shut down in windows 10 :

If you want to set auto shut down simply follow the steps below carefully.
(1) First of all go to the start menu and search for "task scheduler" and then open it.

(2) Here you will see an option of "create basic task" click on it. And open it.

(3) After open that set a name "shutdown" and the time. And then add some description if you want. And then click on next.

(4) After that set time and date you want to schedule auto shut down.

(5) Now write "shutdown" in program/script .
And write "/s /f /t 0" in add atguments. As shown below. And click on next

(6) Now in the last step clicj on finish and your task will be sceduled successfully. And your pc or laptop will be shut down at the time and date you set .
