Carbohydrates
Its contains Oxygen carbon and hydrogen Wich combine chemically and results carbohydrates formed.
Carbohydrates is the cheepest source of energy it gives energy is glucose form after one gram eating of carbohydrates gives 4.7 kcal energy.
Carbohydrates sources is
Wheat 🌾
Fruit 🍓
Vegetables
Juice
Etc
Normal use of carbohydrates can be horrible for body like obesity and tooth decay etc.
Proteins
Proteins is a heavy nitrogenous compounds
It contains Hydrogen Nitrogen Oxygen and Carbon
When many of Amino acids join together protein is forms.
Proteins necessary for normal growth of body and our Harmones
Proteins gives us 4kcal energy after eating one gram.

Meat eggs milk nuts pulses wheat bread etc
If we do not use protein properly our body gone ill and its deffeciency name is Kwashiorkor.
Fats and Oils
Fats contains Carbon Hydrogen Nitrogen when fatty acids and glycerol combine chemically fats and oils forms
Fats and oil contain higher calories 1 gram of fat and oil give us 9kcal energy and its source
