SIZ Contest || Gola Kabab Recipe

I am super excited to take part in a local food contest which is organized by @siz.
As i mentioned I am not a perfect cook but whenever i get little time i make something special.

Today's recipe may you have now tried but I bet you will try it's very delicious and spicy.

Method

  • Take pan added water, cut potatoes into cubes, and kept for boiling.

  • As potatoes boiled, peel off.

  • Take a bowl added grated onion, grated pumpkin and green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, salt, crushed pomegranate seeds, chaat masala, fenugreek, coriander and mint leaves, and crushed coriander.

  • Mixed very well.

  • Now, make the shape of Gola kabab, almost ten to 12 will be made.

Frying

  • Kept the kabab in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.

  • Take a nonstick pan, added oil.

  • Now, beat one egg, take kabab dipped in egg ,
    dipped in bread crumbs and fry in oil at low flame, brown it.
