How are you all?? I am good and happy After so many days Today i cook something Yummy.
Black Chickpea has tremendous nutritious value Its good for weight loss most of people use for snack.It is highly rich in protein and fiber.So Lets start the recipe.

Super Ingredients for Chickpea Pulao

Ingredientquantitypicture
Rice1 Kg
Black Chick peaHalf Kg
Tomatoes2 smaller size
Green chilli6 to 7
Chicken Knorr1 cube
Garlic8-10/1teaspoon paste
Onion2 smaller siz
Chilli1 teaspoon
Cumin1 teaspoon

How to make

Step 1

Take a pan and after cleaning Add about 3 teaspoon of oil and Onion in it.It will take approximately 10 minutes to becomes gold Brown.

Step 2

Now After 10 minutes i comeback the Onion becomes dark Brown.I Usually Dont sit near flame I just note time how many minutes it takes and Then i comeback.

Now i have already grind the garlic and i have added in it.It taste so good After adding garlic Paste.
Now Fry it well atleast for 2 minutes because it has specific smell if Dont Fry well.

Step 3

I have added all the spice Green chilli,Red Chili,tomatoes cube,salt According to your taste,and chicken knorr.

I have keep it on low steem for atleast 5 minutes so That tomatoes become properly Mix and thiCk gravi appearance.These 3 are the main steps to make Pulao Yummy.

Step 4

I have already soaked the Black Chickpea for whole Night and Then boiled in pressure cooker for ten minutes also added a little salt in it.

Now Add these Black Chickpea in gravi.Dont Fry it in oil because it will again becomes hard to eat.

Step 5

After immidiatly adding Chikpea i have added water in it.And Lets wait for atleat 5 minutes.

When water properly boiled Then go for next step.If have never added rice immidiatly After adding water because it taste bad.

Step 6

When water boiled properly Add rice in it Which i already soaked 30 minutes before.

Now low the flame so That rice can cook properly because on high flame water will Dry quickly and undercook rice and After eating Such rice have immidiatly abdomen pain.it is indigestible.

After 5 minutes the water is almost dried up and i check the salt and everthing is perfect amd taste so good.

Step 7

Add a little Coriander on it and keep it on low flame for 5 minutes.

Rice are ready to eat with salad and yougrt.
If your on diet or losing weight Dont eat much rice because rice glycemic index is so high.So After eating ,weight gain so quickly.
