The Holy Month of Ramadan is passing so quickly that we were just thinking of it to let it start months ago. As we benefit from Ramadan both internally and externally, here comes the season of Eid and Eid holidays.
For people who are living abroad and especially living without families, EID always remains a tough day to spend. We as expatriates get used to this environment with the passage of time but somewhere in my heart, it remains always to be with the family on this occasion.
So how expatriated who living alone spend their EID. We usually buy clothes or clothes come from Pakistan to wear on this day. The day always starts with Eid prayers and sleep to follow, BUT this time in order to enjoy more and spend these Eid holidays I have decided to cover all surrounding areas of the city where I am living.
Riyadh has so much potential over the years and developed very rapidly that it offers a lot of fun places to visit. On the first day of Eid planning to visit sand dunes.
Sand Dunes
Sand dunes are red-covered sand dunes almost 150KM away from Riyadh, an open area where you can drive your vehicle in the sand also you can enjoy carting. Carting is always fun, it is quite bumpy but one hour of your allocated time you enjoy to the maximum, however after doing it your feet are covered full of sands.

Going to Cinema
Yes, you read right, Cinemas are very common in Saudi Arabia now, it is one of the fast-growing industries, I am planning to watch a movie on the second day of Eid. I am looking forward to seeing any 3D Movie as I have not experienced it.

Going to Madinah
The greatest part of living in Saudi Arabia is, visiting Makkah and Madinah. On the third and fourth days of vacation planning to visit Madinah, and refresh my soul. Madinah is a place where you just arrive and be peaceful. I am planning this time to visit all the historic places and make a vlog on my YouTube channel.
