Hope you all fine
Today I,m share with you guy,z savour food recipe. This food is famous Pakistan city ,s Islamabad,lahore,karachi,Multan.

Shami kebab ingredients

: 2 cup chana daal
: 1 medium onion
: 10 Chicken pieces
: 4,5 garlic cloves
: salt to taste
: 1 tbsp chili powder/ chili flakes
: 1 tbsp garam masala
: 1/4 tbsp turmeric
: 1 glass water

savour pulao recipe

: 3 glass rice
: 500 gm chicken
: 1.5 cup oil
: 4 glass chicken stock
: 1 cup yogurt
: salt to taste,1 tbsp red chili powder,1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,1 tbsp cumin powder,1 tbsp coriander powder,1 tbsp garam masala powder
: 2 tomato paste
: 2 medium onion slices
: 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
: 4,5 green chili
: whole spices
1 cinnamon stick,1 pcs javitri,4 cloves,20 black pepper,I bey leaf,3,4 cardamon

1.

Add soaked chana daal in cooker with onion ,garlic colves,chicken pieces.

Add all dry species powder & one glass water then cook 7,8 minutes in presser cooker.

After 7,8 minutes shami kebab masala done mesh it well then make kebab .

For set shami kebab put in freezer 20 minutes.

Take 500 gm chicken cut into big pieces.

Apply salt 1/2 tbsp all chicken pieces.

Fry chicken pieces until brown / light brown color.

After fry take out all chicken pieces cool down completely.

Add 1 cup yogurt in chicken , add dry spices powder in chicken, marinated for 45 minutes.

Now For savour pulao ready all ingredients soaked rice , take 4 glass chicken stock ,whole dry spice's,tomatoes paste. Cut 2 medium onion slices,ginger garlic paste.

Add 1.5 cup oil in pot ,add whole spices cook For minutes.

Add Onion cook until light brown color.

After onion color light brown,added Ginger garlic paste,cook for minutes.

Add tomato paste cook until all tomato water dry.

As soon as all water dry

Add green chili in masala.

Add marinated chicken

Cook 10,12 minutes chicken well,add 4 glass chicken stock cover cook until one boiled come.

Add rice cook on high to medium heat Rice.

As soon all water dry turn down heat cook in steam 7,8 minute.
