Today I am sharing daigh recipe how to cook pulao it is cook by a chef not by me but photography credit goes to me.
I made photos for my Steemian family
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 kg onion
Tomato 1 kg
Gram masala
Salt
Red chilli
Green chilli
Rice 12 kg
Oil 2kg
Chanay 2 kg
Biryani masala 2 pack
Ginger garlic 🧄 paste
Cutting of some ingredient
- Peel off onion and cut into small pieces
- Then take tomato and cut them
Cutting of green chilli's
ginger and garlic and make a paste
Method to cook
- First take daigh
- first of all take a daigh put 2kg oil in it
- Then put onion in it and wait for the colour change untill onion gets dark brown
- Then put red chilli green chilli tomato ginger garlic paste and fry
- Then add boiled channay and fry for 5 to 10 minutes
- Then added water into it.wait untill it get boiled
- When water get boiled then add rice into it
When all water get dry then put on low steam for 30 minutes
Channa pulao is ready hope you like it.
