Hello to everyone here in Steem infinity Zone community, I believe everyone is well-doing. Today I welcome you to another wonderful contest organized by @suboohi, seriously I want to use this medium to say thanks to you and your wonderful work here, it is indeed motivating. Just as the contest demands I will be sharing my favorite hobby with everyone here, it is what I do every day, if I do not do it I won't feel okay that is why it is called Hobby. relax tight while I drop my entry, wish you happy reading and I hope you enjoy it.

WHAT IS A HOBBY?

A hobby is said to be an activity which one does in his/her time of pleasure. and this is mostly done for enjoyment and these hobbies include engaging in creative and artistic pursuits, collecting themed items and objects, pursuing other amusements, or playing sport.

Now since we have been briefed about what hobby is and the different categories of hobby let me go straight to the business of the day which is to share my favorite hobby.

MY FAVORITE HOBBY IS PLAYING THE POOL TABLE GAME

I like the pool table game so much, it is known as a billiard(s) table, the table is bounded on which cue sports are played. Now in recent times, all billiards tables are provided with a flat surface that is mainly made of quarried slate, it is covered with cloth, and it is also surrounded by vulcanized rubber cushions, with everything elevated above the ground. although particular terms are used for specific sports and they are the, pool table and snooker table, and are of different sizes. note that billiard balls are used on these types of tables.

Larger tables also may require multiple lamps to light the playing surface properly, especially at night. so I like playing the pool table so well during my leisure hours it gives me so much happiness and at that point, I feel everything is complete and nothing is left behind.

HOW I STARTED PLAYING THE POOL TABLE GAME

Indeed it started as a joke, it was on the 2nd of March in 2020, I can never forget that year during the pandemic of covid 19 outbreak. we were asked to stay indoors in other to protect and isolate ourselves from the public less one gets infected and there was nothing to do, so my brother decide to get a pool table for us in the compound so that we can have something doing during that period. at first, I never liked it because I do not know how to play it, but along the line, I began to watch my siblings playing it with joy in their hearts, I started thinking about what sort of joy and fulfillment can this game bring to one's heart. then I decide to opt-in because I was craving for the ha[pines they were having. so step by step they started teaching me the rule of the game which is.

the eight ball is a call shot game played with a cue ball and fifteen object balls. and we should be aware that one player is mandatory to pocket all the balls of the group numbered (one) through seven solid colors, while the second player has nine through 15 stripes. so the player first of all pocketing his group and legally pocketing the 8(eight) ball wins the pool game. and before then all balls will be placed on the table and the players will start playing as though the balls are different and they are either Solids or Stripes, so the player that first pockets a ball will continue to play the particular type of ball that has been pocketed and failure to do that will result to a penalty.

After knowing the rules I then began to play little by little, I was taught how to hold the stick, how to pump the stick, how to aim the ball and how to take my shot. after learning and noticing the basic rules and all that entails about them I began to play wonderfully well.

HOW THE POOL GAME HAS BEEN BENEFICIAL TO ME

Wow, I find rest and happiness anytime I play the pool game, especially with family, It brings us together, unites us again as one. whenever there are conflicts among my siblings we come to the pool game sport and settle the fight, how fun right? and it works a lot and the harmony extended to our friends, they now come to play the pool game too. as I speak to you there is a pool game situated at where I work and I play there regularly too. my skills have improved drastically and right now we are working on creating a contest as well in other to boost the game's popularity in society.

MY INTERESTING JOYFUL MOMENTS WHILE PLAYING THE POOL GAME

I have never been to the pool table game and leave sad not at all, indeed just as observed from my siblings I can now attest to the fact that indeed the pool game is a good game to play. it typically relieves one of his pain while playing, happiness, laughter, joy, love, peace, unity, and love are all embedded in this game. truth be told it is a game to learn and play.it is also recommended for both young and old, male and female. the pool game is indeed my favorite among all games.

CONCLUSION

The pool game is interesting and brings joy to my heart, I vividly suggest that you give it a try if it ever fascinates you. because to me I find it interesting and fun while playing it.
