Hope you all are doing well and having good health. Today I am here with a delicious recipe of crispy fried prawns. My husband love prawns so usually I fried prawans for him. I am going to share with all of you guys hope you will like it.
Let's start:
HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FRIED PRAWNS:
INGREDIENTS:
Items | Quantity |
---|---|
Besun/chickpeasflour | 250gm |
Prawns | 350gm |
chilli flakes | 1&1/2Tbsp |
salt, | as required |
turmeric powder | 1tsp |
coriander whole | 1&1/2Tbsp |
cumin seeds | 1Tbsp |
Baking soda | 1 pinch |
oil | for frying |
Water | 1/4cup |
METHOD:
STEP:1
Take prawns and put it under water and washed it thoroughly then put it on strainer .
STEP:2
Take Besun/ chickpea flour in container and add salt, baking soda and other spices in it.
STEP:3
Then, add some water in it and make a thick paste. You can add little more water according to the consistency of paste .
Now, the paste is ready setaside for 30mins.
STEP:4
Add cooking oil in frying pan and heat it. Then, put prawn in the paste and coat it properly then add prawns in the heated oil for frying.
STEP : 5
When prawns become tender and its coating fried crispy then take out with spoon.
Here we go, crispy fried prawns are ready to serve. I also fry French fries with prawns because my kids love it.
