My joints are acting up so I just preferred to remain in my bed after I decided to walk. I am a bit weak for walking so I ended-up just sleeping or trying to sleep.
Today I also decided to take some NSAID pain reliever as well and that I guess will definitely make my body feel lighter. I get to feel at ease under the influence of a pain reliver like what my NSAID does so maybe tomorrow I can exercise a bit again to help loosen up my feet and knee joints.
I just hated what happened to my left knee because it is not as good as before, it is in pain when I walk and it seems that it had undergone a physical defect already which is unfortunate because it might get worse and cause me to have a harder time about my self physical therapy for it.
Then there is an issue of weakness which I feel and I do not know if I would regain it back. My weakness had gotten worse and worse over the years, it was gradual until I wasn't able to open a bottle of drinks anymore.
I just am afraid that it will get worse and I am also asking why I had gotten like this while other patients seemed to be not experiencing the same and remained as they are even all these years being a dialysis patient for more than fifteen years already.
But I have to a self physical therapy because I also feel that I am gaining some improvements about my joints anyhow and I just have to shed some pain off before I would attempt to do so because it is awfully hard to move around with some pain and then weakness that I do have to contend with.
