Hi amazing people, i'm here again with yet another exciting walk through post on how i created this design i titled Broken Pieces Design... As usual, this was yet another very fun design to create as the moment i was able to come up with an idea, it was fun to jump into #3dsmax to begin creating the design.
Inside of 3ds max, i began the modeling by using the line tool to create a triangular shape as a base for my pieces design, after i was done with that, i extruded the shape to give it thickness. The next step was to create different variations as well to make it more random and different. I then added the text element i wanted to write. However, i wanted more random pieces, so i decided to utilize the particle strategy to create more pieces and make the scene full of scattered broken pieces. Once i was done with that and i was happy with the result, i framed the shot and rendered it out. I did the color adjustment in photoshop.
The Process
Modeled in 3ds max and rendered in vray...
Created a triangular shape using lines
Added extrusion to the line shape
Created variations to the shapes and scattered it across
Added text
Added other scattered pieces of text
Scene Setup
Used particle flow to add even more scattered pieces
Framing and Composition
Final Render
Colour Adjustment in Photoshop
Final Output
