There are three areas we are primarily focusing on Steem.
Food has always been evergreen with respect to relevance as content.The community/tribe I was involved with on Steem and catered to the category has for some reason shifted to a different chain.
In the current scenario we decided to launch #HungryDino a few days back. So far not much of traction.However we feel if were in a position to reward and encourage people to share content then this would help create that niche on Steemit which can then be promoted into the larger digital space.
Most people who are passionate and have the ability to generate quality content on food are people like our mothers, spouses, siblings and friends and usually do not have technical skills to create or manage a blog. We believe we can create a space where this majority chunk of food enthusiasts can finally find a place to share their knowledge and be rewarded.
Country specific community for INDIA. A nation of a billion plus. I am sure i don't need to waste anyone's time explaining the potential a population of that size offers to the platform :) This we launched a couple of months back.
Travel specific. Travelfeed has become an entity that is independent of blockchains. So Travel posts also don't have an Exclusive place on Steem. Currently not much is happening in this new community. But we will promote them
As these Steem Exclusive communities gain traction we will look to front-end them for the larger internet audience. A steady stream of new users is the lifeline of any digital platform and we feel we can contribute significantly to the growth and popularity of the platform !

Why you think you would make a good curator
This is my entry for Steem Curator position. Ours is a joint account. My husband and I both use it. His name is Sajan and I am Neha. We mention the authors on our posts for clarity.Since our shifts are different the account is active for almost 18-20 hours a day. We mostly post on Food , Travel and Yoga. Below is a post on our perspective on how to tackle abuse on Steem.

Your experience and background on Steem
My husband has been on Steem since 2018. I am a recent addition. I run the internal global blog and employee and partner training programs for a Blue chip Tech Company. Sajan is an Advertising and PR professional with his own digital agency and Ad film production set up. As people who have dealt with content for a few years it will help us popularize the Steem eco-system so that Steem becomes synonymous with good quality contend. Not just in crypto-circles but also among the general population on the internet.
Languages we are fluent in
We are fluent in English. We know other Indian languages as well such as Hindi, Bengali and Malayalam. However they may not be very relevant as of now. However as this platform spreads in India they may become relevant as a languages in the future.
We believe that we will be responsible curators because
1- We are content creators ourselves. So we would be able to bring to the table the experience and understanding of what kind of content is going to bring how much value to the platform and reward accordingly.
2- We have worked in the digital marketing space for many years. We have an understanding of how to popularize something on the internet. How to identify need gaps , how to identify low hanging population segments and and how to attract the high value investor grade users on to the platform.
3-I work from home. Not just during the pandemic,normally also. So I am usually on Steem either making contend or reading them. He also spends time on it. So the account will be able to curate for longer hours per day.
