It's okay, if you sometimes I feel like not doing anything. I have said earlier that my blog is part of self motivation. I am not feeling motivated and inspired for a few days. And I think it's ok.
Why?
Because years ago, when I used to feel down, not feeling motivated enough to to do my regular work; I used to push myself very hard. And it was creating so much pressure that my mental health was going down too.
We have a wrong idea that we need to make ourselves feel good when we are not actually in the mood. Where we should not actually to this at all. Rather we should let the negative emotions flow naturally.
Good day will come, you will feel motivated again. Just in the meantime, embrace how you feel.
Out of motivation? Be out of it for a few days. You will be in the right track when times come.

I can relate to this. Back then, I was able to freely write for A Daily Dose" when I am sad. It get's hard to write whenever I feel happy since the blog was a motivational publication where stories are derived from deep sad emotions.
That phase in my life led to prolonged inactivity in blogging. And as of today, I'm still coping up and trying to find the right balance to still pursue the goals I have in mind. I can't stay like that always, so I'm kind of pushing myself to beyond what I think I can do. Although time is short, I hope I can do just as that.
