Healthy Stir-fry Chicken Collage
We so enjoyed this chicken breast dish, as my husband and I are cutting a few calories, to get slimmer for summer
Fried a few onions in avocado and garlic oil and then added sweet potato, red pepper, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, garlic flakes and a little salt.
Saute'd the chicken breast strips and added sweet chilli and garlic sauce. More seasoning for taste with some Xylitol, sugar substitute, for sweetness.
Placed this on a bed of baby spinach and sprinkled some sunflower seeds on top. Surrounded by freshly chopped tomato.
It was scrumptious :)
