Hi guys what's up! Finally I'm back on doing arts again with consistency, but this time around I do it in digital way. Actually it is my first time doing digital arts so I do admit that its a real mess, well we all know that its always been like that whenever we try something new. And what's more messy is my drawing process so bear with me haha I 'll try to improve on my next work and watch more tutorials on the internet.

The reason why I chose "The Little Prince" as my first subject, is because I was really inspired by its story and the moral lessons you will absorb and learn by reading this book. Oh I forgot to mention "The Little Prince" is also the main character of this book written by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It was referred to me by a good friend who loves to read books . Here are some information about this book; source: [wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Little_Prince)

The Little Prince (French: Le Petit Prince; French pronunciation: [lə pəti pʁɛ̃s]), first published in 1943, is a novella, the most famous work of French aristocrat, writer, poet, and pioneering aviator Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

The novella is one of the most-translated books in the world and has been voted the best book of the 20th century in France. Translated into 300[3] languages and dialects,[4][5] selling nearly two million copies annually, and with year-to-date sales of over 140 million copies worldwide,[6] it has become one of the best-selling books ever published.[7][8][9][Note 2]

After the outbreak of the Second World War, Saint-Exupéry escaped to North America. Despite personal upheavals and failing health, he produced almost half of the writings for which he would be remembered, including a tender tale of loneliness, friendship, love, and loss, in the form of a young prince visiting Earth. An earlier memoir by the author had recounted his aviation experiences in the Sahara Desert, and he is thought to have drawn on those same experiences in The Little Prince.

Here are photos for my drawing process, just like I said earlier it is really messy because it was my first time trying to digital arts. I'll just show the photos as my drawing process;

  • First, I just draw some rough draft of sketch lines that will serve as my guide later on.

  • Then after that I just color the it with base colors, just like how you normally do conventional sketch or drawings don't put too much detail early on.

  • Continue with the rough coloring and again don't need to worry about the details.

  • Now I'm starting to detail the artwork...

  • Now time to detail it the whole art and now its finished!
