Japanese beer Deu/Eng

Hallo liebe Community,
zum Beersaturday habe ich heute mal wieder ein schönes Bier auf Euch getrunken. Ein japanisches Sapporo in einem sehr feinen japanischen Sushi Restaurant in Mannheim. Das Restaurant Sumi kann ich jedem vorbehaltlos empfehlen der mal in Mannheim Sushi essen möchte. Extrem leckere Sushi Rolls und auch die vietnamesischen Gerichte sind allesamt sehr lecker. Insbesondere das Ambienete stimmt hier einfach.

Ich hatte einen Papaya Salat und danach eine frittierte Sushi Roll mit Lachs und Avocado. Und dazu natürlich zwei leckere Sapporo. Mit 4,7% Alkohol konnte ich mir die leisten, da wir erst Stunden später wieder die Heimfahrt antraten. Vom Geschmack her ein eher leichtes süffiges Pils ohne großen Hopfen oder Malzgeschmack. Für manche wie viele asiatische Biere eventuell etwas zu dünn vom Geschmack her aber zu dem Essen hat es einfach hervorragend gepasst. Lediglich das mit gereichte "Bierglas", wenn man es denn so nennen will, war etwas irritierend. Aus einem Gin Glas habe ich bisher auch noch kein Bier getrunken. Und der Krone war dies auch nicht gerade Förderlich, wie mann auf dem ersten Bild sehen kann. Beim zweiten Bier habe ich dann lieber aus der Flasche getrunken, was dann auch deutlich besser gepasst hat.

For Beer Saturday I drank a nice beer for you again today. A Japanese Sapporo in a very fine Japanese sushi restaurant in Mannheim. I can unreservedly recommend the Sumi restaurant to anyone who wants to eat sushi in Mannheim. Extremely delicious sushi rolls and the Vietnamese dishes are all very tasty. The ambience in particular is just right here.

I had a papaya salad and then a fried sushi roll with salmon and avocado. And of course two delicious Sapporo. With 4.7% alcohol, I could afford it since we didn't start the journey home until hours later. In terms of taste, it's a rather light, drinkable pilsner without a lot of hops or malt taste. For some, like many Asian beers, the taste might be a bit too thin, but it went perfectly with the food. The only thing that was a bit irritating was the “beer glass,” if you want to call it that. I've never drank beer from a gin glass yet. And this wasn't exactly good for the crown either, as you can see in the first picture. For the second beer I preferred to drink from the bottle, which went much better.
