A fluffy, mouthwatering cake made without milk and butter with a delicious sugar crust perfect for breakfast or snack to dunk in milk or tea!
Ingredients
-4 eggs
-1 pinch of salt
-220g flour
-200g sugar + to taste.
-200ml sunflower seed oil
-16g baking powder
Procedure
Pour the eggs with the sugar into a large and capacious bowl and work these 2 ingredients with electric whips until the mixture is puffy, foamy and lightened, now add the oil and slowly the sifted flour, also add the baking powder, a pinch of salt and continue to work the mixture until it is nice and creamy, homogeneous and without lumps.
Grease with oil and flour a doughnut mold. Next, pour in the mixture, level the surface well and sprinkle with caster sugar.
Finally, bake the bundt cake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
