How many times are we asked this question, and we try to think of recipes that are different from the usual, easy, quick and can meet everyone's taste?
Here is that this recipe can save you a dinner, it is POLENTA AND GALBANINO SPIEDINI.

Ingredients:

  • galbanino
  • polenta
  • flour
  • eggs
  • breadcrumbs

Procedure:

First proceed to make the polenta, we used instant polenta and followed the directions on the bag. Once your polenta is ready spread it out on a sheet of baking paper and with a pastry cutter cut out circles.

Cut the Galbanino into slices and coat both the cheese and the polenta in flour, egg and then finally in breadcrumbs, respectively.

Take long toothpicks and stick two slices of cheese and one of polenta or vice versa ,depending on your preference.

Now put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and cook your skewers on both sides.
