Ingredients:
1 pound beef, cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion, garlic, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
Add the spinach, peanut butter, beef broth, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
Stir in the parsley and serve hot.
