Assalamu Alaikum,
Ramadan is a month full of virtues and a month of freedom from sins for the entire Muslim nation. This month is the month of closeness to Allah and acceptance of worship. The month of Ramadan is the month of the revelation of the Quran. The complete Quran was revealed in this month. The month of Ramadan teaches us how to live an Islamic life. I thank @memamun brother for such a beautiful arrangement.
The month of Ramadan is a month of worship for us. Ramadan is a month of getting closer to Allah through worship. It is a month of asking Allah for forgiveness for the sins of our lives. Ramadan teaches us how to live the remaining 11 months. Habits that we should develop in the month of Ramadan. It is very important to fast every day and do other acts of worship as a Muslim. Praying five times a day in congregation during the month of Ramadan.
There are many people who get sick during the month of Ramadan and cannot fast properly. To stay healthy during the month of Ramadan, one should develop good eating habits. Eat healthy food in Sehri, rich in meat and protein, and drink plenty of water. After fasting all day, break your fast with dates, fruits, or fruit juice instead of eating unhealthy foods.
Since we have to fast for a long time during Ramadan, we need to create a healthy diet for Sehri and Iftar.
Eating more protein-rich foods in Sehri will make the body less tired. Eating foods in Sehri that are digested slowly and retain energy for a long time. Drink plenty of water slowly from the beginning to the end of Suhoor.
Fasting is broken through Iftar. After not eating all day, we break our fast. Iftar should start with dates. Eat carbohydrate-rich foods with salad during Iftar. We try to avoid excess oily and spicy foods during Iftar.
Time management is a very important issue in the month of Ramadan. Time management is important for Suhoor and Iftar properly. Having Suhoor at the right time and an important worship is the prayer of Tahajjud. Allah accepts the prayers of His servant at midnight for self-purification. Tahajjud is an important worship in the month of Ramadan, which we can easily do before Suhoor. This is a great way for every Muslim to gain virtue during the month of Ramadan.
During the month of Ramadan, we all give importance to worship, so many of us sleep after Fajr and many recite the Quran, which is an important act of worship. I wake up in the morning, take a bath, and go to the library. After Zuhr prayer, I study again. In the afternoon, I return from the library and rest for some time and listen to Hadith on my mobile. During the night, I pray Isha and Tarawih prayers and go to sleep.
I use an app for worship during the month of Ramadan or other times muslims day where I can learn prayer times and the Quran and various duas.
Of course, we need to be aware of using social media Facebook, Instagram, YouTube while fasting. Currently, nudity is being promoted through social media, so fasting can be spoiled or lightened, which means it is necessary to be controlled in using social media while fasting.
I invite you @abdullahw2 @anowarhoussain @arjinarahman to participate in this competition.
