I am fine and I hope you all will be fine with the grace of Allah Almighty. I am newcomer. I would like to say thank you to this community Steem For Lifestyle to organize this contest.
As we all know, this is the holy month of Ramadan. Ramadan is a special gift from Allah to Muslims. Ramadan is a counting day. This month, Muslims fast. It is said in the Holy Quran, O you who believe, Ramadan is upon you. Fasting has been prescribed as it was prescribed for people before you, so that you may be pious. There are many benefits to fasting in this world and in the Hereafter.
A fasting person gets to see Allah Almighty and gets Paradise.
There are many health benefits of fasting.The human body is a very complex structure. There are many systems are working in the human body like blood system, digestive system, respiratory system, urinary system etc.The most important system is the digestive system. If we eat something and it is not digested properly, our health deteriorates. It will be digested properly and it will have such a good effect. Every time in our daily routine we eat anything which is not good for our health because we don't have a regular routine, whereas in the fasting state we have a regular routine. We eat in Suhoor and Iftar.Our stomach is resting. In this state, our mind does other things.
Fasting creates a recycling machine due to which all these toxic substances are removed from the body and all the toxic substances are converted into beneficial substances.
The weight of people in the world is increasing very fast. Many people are overweight. During fasting, excess fat in the body melts and the weight of a person decreases. Due to fasting, a person also avoids tension problems.
I break my fast with dates, I drink milkshakes. I like pakoras on iftar. I make pakoras for iftar every day and I also like fruit chaat because the benefits of fruit chaat are also many.
Yes, I prefer to have iftar with my family members. It increases mutual love and mutual sorrows can be shared with each other.
Some people have the wrong idea about fasting that the essential nutrients will be reduced from our body and our health will deteriorate. Rather, due to fasting, the body's nutrients are not affected or reduced. Some people think that we will become weak. Some people think that if we do not eat anything during the day, we will get sick.
