The name of my cooking recipe is Eggplant Charchari with Tangra Fish. It is a very familiar dish to our Bengalis. We Bengalis love to eat small fish charchari. We Bengalis are Bengali in fish and rice. We love to eat fish. And if it is a small fish then it is not in words. It is very popular among us Bengalis.

I am sharing my cooking recipe with you now. Hope you like this recipe too. All the ingredients I used to make this recipe,

Step 1,
First, the tengra fish should be washed well. Wash until the fishy smell is gone.
Step 2,
Now in a separate pan, cut the potatoes and eggplant into small pieces.
Step 3,
Then I cut onion and chilli in a separate place.
Step 4,
Now wash the potatoes and eggplants well and put them in a pan. Then I will leave two bay leaves.
Step 5,
Then I will add some salt on the potatoes and eggplants.
Step 6,
Then add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with salt.
Step 7,
Then add one spoon of cumin powder and one spoon of coriander powder.
Step 8,
Now I will give garlic batter with a fun peas. Then I will give the onions that I cut into small pieces. I will add the chilli flakes.
Step 9,
Then I will pour a little soybean oil on the hand and give the amount of oil. After that, I will knead it well with all the spices together with my hands.
Step 10,
When the eggplant potatoes are mashed, I will release the tengra fish that I kept. Then lightly rub the curry with the fish.
Step 11,
After it is kneaded, I will pour light water.
Step 12,
When the curry comes to a boil, I will finely chop some coriander leaves. Then wait until the curry broth dries up. When the curry water dries up, when the curry becomes mushy, I will turn off the stove.
Step 13,
Then I will serve the curry in a bowl. All in all, the curry looked very yummy and tasted delicious.
