Today I am bringing you my recipe for Patol Dolma. I hope many of you are familiar with this recipe and many are not. This recipe has a lot of popularity. If such a recipe can be eaten in vegetables, then it beats fish and meat. This recipe is as fun to eat with hot rice as it is delicious to eat with pola.

I will now share this potal darma recipe with you step by step. I made the first recipe myself. It was a lot of fun to eat, so I thought I'd share it with you.
To make this potal dolma recipe the ingredients used are,

Step 1,
First of all, I have thinly sliced ββthe chickpeas on top of the pot. And put a spoon inside the pot and take out all the seeds inside it.
Step 2,
After that I will wash the pots well and let them boil in turmeric and salt water.
Step 3,
After boiling, potol the water.
Step 4,
Now heat oil in a frying pan and fry an egg in it and take the egg in a fry
Step 5,
When the eggs are cooked, add the minced meat, salt, green pepper and onion. You have to stir it well and give it a bit of kalijira.
Step 6,
After that stir well for a while and fry the thing.
Step 7,
Now put the minced meat which I have prepared inside the boiled pot by hand.
Step 8,
In this way all the pots are ready.
Step 9,
Then heat oil in a fry pan and lightly fry the patties.
Step 10,
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin and kalijira.
Step 11,
Then I will fry the onions and peppers lightly brown on top of the cumin seeds.
Step 12,
I will add turmeric powder, chili powder, almond batter and sugar. Grind the spices well.
Step 13,
After grinding, add garam masala powder and mix well from that masala.
Step 14,
When the mosquito is grated, pour the fried dolls that I kept and stir for a while. Then I will give a small amount of water.
Step 15,
I will turn off the stove when the potal dolma broth becomes dry and becomes thick.
Step 16,
Now serve the patal dolmas in a bowl.
