Ramadan is a blessed month in which Allah Ta'ala sets an Afar for His servants that whoever wants to worship and get his sins forgiven should come to My presence. The purpose of the month of Ramadan is to purify our hearts, to worship Allah and to give as much charity as possible so that Allah may forgive all the past sins of our people. There was talk of cleaning the hearts.

In this blessed month, we people get to learn many things, such as fasting and worshiping Allah Almighty, and staying hungry for Allah Almighty from dawn to dusk, and then breaking the fast only by the command of Allah Almighty. He is very happy with us and forgives our sins. It also has many benefits for health and there are some questions etc., the answers of which will clarify all these things that the purpose of Ramadan and how to spend our Ramadan.

Question No.1

Answer

There are many advantages of fasting in Ramadan, some of which I will tell you below:-

There are many virtues of fasting in Ramadan. Before, when we fast in Ramadan, our stomach becomes flexible and agile. It means that our stomach becomes very strong if we are hungry for a few days. If we stay now, it will not make any difference to us. It improves our health very much. When our stomach is empty and then by the command of Allah, we break the fast, then we get many blessings. Cures many diseases.

After that, this fasting maintains our insulin level, just like someone with diabetes etc., fasting during Ramadan is very beneficial for their health, their insulin level is maintained.

Another benefit of fasting in Ramadan is that it also protects us from heart diseases, our heart starts working very well and blood supply improves and our blood starts thinning.

Apart from this, Ramadan is also very beneficial for those who are suffering from obesity, because fasting during Ramadan from being hungry, many changes are made in our body and obesity starts to disappear.

Question No.2

👉 What items do you keep at Iftar?

Answer

When we fast for the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala and when we prepare our own things for Iftar, this is also a special blessing of Allah Ta'ala and when we break the fast, we have more for the next fast. Get excited because Allah Ta'ala continues to give us patience and these are the blessings of Allah Ta'ala that we get in Iftar. I will tell you some below.

As you guys know very well that I have mentioned in many contests and my diary games etc. that I am studying in University of Okara and I live in a hostel within Okara city so some hostel iftar. It is not very special, because when we are at home, we get more things, but here we make some pakodas etc. in the hosts and prepare a little curry along with breads and some desserts, we like water etc. We make water or something else, and thanking Allah in a good way, we break the fast in the best way.

Question No.3

👉 Do you prefer to have Iftar with your family members?

Answer

Yes, of course I would like to have Iftar with my family because I live in a hostel but when I go home after a week or a month, I try to have a meal together and so on. It is that Ramadan is the name of this, that you people should clean your hearts, end the distance, and with whomever you are angry, end your anger and become one. There are joys.

The name of Ramadan is happiness. It is sharing happiness. That is why Allah Almighty has given us this month so that we can purify our hearts and please Allah Almighty and spend happiness together with our family and so on. If we all sit together as a family and eat iftar or sit together, we get many joys, the resentments in our hearts disappear and love increases.

Question No.4

👉 What are people's misconceptions about fasting?

Answer

People have many wrong ideas about fasting in Ramadan, such as if we fast, we will become weak and we will become very weak due to hunger, but they are not concerned about this. It is known that fasting is very good for health.

When we fast all day, then after being hungry, we break our fast, then Allah is pleased with us and many changes in our health begin. They will become weak but nothing like that.

The name of fasting is not about hunger and thirst, it is about worshiping Allah, thinking about others, and there are many things that we can learn by fasting, which means helping others, feeding a hungry person or quenching a thirst. Drinking water, we learn all this from fasting in Ramadan, and fasting does not cause any kind of weakness, it makes many changes in health and the health becomes very good.
