Details :

First I drew the eyes and upper part of this strange Victor's face in a call style.

Then I drew and designed some parts of Victor's face on both sides and around with thin spots.

Then I painted the hair of Victor's head and some other designs around it nicely with black paint.

Then when the art of Victor's face was completely completed, I first painted the middle design on Victor's face with something light.

Then someone painted Victor's ears and head hair beautifully and painted the background in a beautiful colorful way.
