The flowers were actually formed after the fruits, I haven't tried sowing them though

It actually has 3 small offsets. I read that they do that if they are injured and it definitely had something tunneling in its body a few years ago. Surprisingly, it healed

I think it also grew large too fast, I grow it much harder since I got it and the body structure more or less collapsed, a sign of rampant growth and not enough Calcium
