Deep fry fish is a widely used method for cooking fish because it keeps the meat moist and soft. The other importance of this method is time-saving, less laborious, cheap, and less technical. The intense heat from the oil works to trap the inherent juices, leading to a fish fillet that is not only deliciously flavored but also incredibly moist and tender.

- Choose the best quality of fish
- Preparing the fish: Cut down the fish into medium size. Dry the pieces as much as possible. Apply the salt and spices (obtained from the market).
- Keep the fish for 10 minutes in order to absorb the ingredients of the species.
- Take a fryer, and fill it with enough oil to fully submerge the pieces of fish. Heat the oil to 370 degrees Celsius.
- Add the pieces of fish into the fryer.
- Cook it for 4-6 minutes.
- Your fish is ready for serving.
