Deep fry fish is a widely used method for cooking fish because it keeps the meat moist and soft. The other importance of this method is time-saving, less laborious, cheap, and less technical. The intense heat from the oil works to trap the inherent juices, leading to a fish fillet that is not only deliciously flavored but also incredibly moist and tender.
In this post, I will share one of the best methods for deep frying fish.

  1. Choose the best quality of fish
  2. Preparing the fish: Cut down the fish into medium size. Dry the pieces as much as possible. Apply the salt and spices (obtained from the market).
  3. Keep the fish for 10 minutes in order to absorb the ingredients of the species.
  4. Take a fryer, and fill it with enough oil to fully submerge the pieces of fish. Heat the oil to 370 degrees Celsius.
  5. Add the pieces of fish into the fryer.
  6. Cook it for 4-6 minutes.
  7. Your fish is ready for serving.
