Shuvalovo. Meat processing plant.

Not far from Kostroma there is a rather large agricultural facility for our places. This is the Shuvalovo meat processing plant.

Honestly, in those places there is nothing particularly interesting. The meat factory itself is interesting in that it exists more than I live in the world. It all started with a small pig breeding farm and grew into a large farm. The foundation of the meat factory is considered to be 1970.

I was born in 1977 and almost all my life I used the products of this enterprise. We can say that today the name of this enterprise is one of the symbols of the city.

I always enjoyed buying and eating products. Especially sausage. We have this saying: the best fish is sausage.

If we talk about the history of this place, then, it seems to me, there is nothing special. For example, it is known that, during the time of turmoil, Polish detachments marched from the city of Lyubim to Kostroma and burned the large village of Suschevo, which is located several kilometers from Shuvalovo, on the way.

I ended up in Shuvalovo for the first time by accident. I went there with my friend to skate there. In the village of Shuvalovo there was a hockey box and a children's hockey club was based there, which trained my friend's ocet. This coach is a legendary figure. Under his leadership, a small team from a deep province was the main champion of Russia in its league.

Then I went to Shuvalovo and I only knew that there was a meat factory.

The second time I was directly at the meat factory. In order to enter the territory it was even necessary to pass sanitary control. The car had to drive through a special bath with a special sanitary facility.

I went to the enterprise in order to photograph the plant’s products. I was asked about this by the employees of the enterprise.

Such a survey usually requires a lot of preparatory work and usually people are not very responsible in preparing the survey. As a result, usually the first time everything does not always work out as it should. So it happened this time.

Not everything was ready and not everything worked out. I came several more times.

But the result was good and everyone was happy. Now I have even established good relations with one of the managers of the farm.

Having recognized the company a little closer, I began to respect the products of this company even more respectfully.
